ServerPlans' data center features ultra-redundant power, HVAC, and networking systems with no single point of failure. The building features over 200,000 square feet of raised-floor computing space. The Data Center facility contains everything needed to ensure your mission-critical Internet operation is functioning at the highest perfomance levels. Rest assured, your server(s) will have a 99.5% uptime guarantee.
Our network is routed by top of the line Juniper edge routers and aggregated through Cisco and Juniper switches. As a Managed Dedicated Provider, we have access to most major bandwidth providers, which have been selected based on routes to compliment our other providers. Our network gear is completely redundant all the way down to the uplinks that link up our cabinets, and to the providers that we have selected, along with the entry-points in to our facility.

- Hardware Information
- Our commitment to excellence starts with the hardware that we provide. Our buying power allows us to invest in superior hardware from top vendors, which in turn means a reliable solution at an affordable cost. Our dedicated servers are based on Supermicro rack mountable barebones, and are powered by the most power-efficient processors at any given time. That is why we source many of our parts and servers from the following leading suppliers: Intel, Supermicro, Kingston, Seagate
- Physical Security
- Restricted access to the Network Operations Center is monitored by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, every day. Visitors and clientele are only allowed on-site if escorted by Network Operations Center staff. The entire Network Operations Center is monitored, ensuring prompt response and thorough coverage to fire or security alarms. We supply all our Network Operations Center customers with advanced firewall, encryption, intrusion detection and other security measures. The datacenter maintains a full digital video surveillance system of the Network Operations Center, with full on-site and off-site recording.

Our commitment to reducing our part began when we introduced a dedicated server line that uses 30% less than traditional servers. Despite increased cost, we continue to deploy the most power-efficient equipment possible, which in turn means a more reliable data center.
